It should be next to the glove box. There should be a small removable insert inside the glove box door on the right. Pull this open, and there will be a fuse box with the blower motor fuses. There's one for the lower settings, and a separate fuse for the "High" setting.

AnswerYou asked where the resistor was not the fuse. The above answer gave the fuse location. The resistor is located under the dash on the passenger side. I believe there are 3 screws holding it on. It's a pain getting up there and getting it out so be patient. Answer 3For pics and a write up on how to replace check out the following website:
