It should be next to the glove box. There should be a small removable insert inside the glove box door on the right. Pull this open, and there will be a fuse box with the blower motor fuses. it is probley not the blower switch. if your fan runs on 3,4 and 5 it is your blower motor resister.
The resister for the 2001 prism blower motor drops voltage to the blower motor. This is how the blower motor runs at a lower speed.
