Could be, Blown fuse, Bad blower motor, Bad blower motor speed resistor, Bad blower switch,
Under the cowl where the wipers are. Remove that and two screws to pull resistor out.
Blower motor located at the passenger side under the dash. Probably the blower motor but you need to check the blower motor resistor and the plug to the resistor. A common cause is the plug tends to melt & short out.
Blower motor bad. Blower resistor bad. Switch bad. Fuse blown.
blower motor resistor is bad
Try looking under the passenger side foot area. The blower motor will be there, and the blower motor resistor should be there also, will have a wiring harness and I believe 2 bolts holding it.
what you only need to replace is the blower motor speed controller or also kown as a blower motor resistor.
Blower motor resistor is bad. It is a little circuit board with resistors on it that changes voltage to the blower motor. When it goes bad, you get full speed only.
Under the dash, at the extreme right near the passenger kick panel.
the contour has problems with the blower motor switch and the resistor. I would check the resistor connector for signs of melting.
Its located on the passengers side of the vehicle under the dash right next to the recirculating vent and the vacuum motor...........
Under the hood below the blower motor. Multi wire plug. Need small hands to get in and a 5/16 socket and a 2 inch extension. Just to the rear of the washer tank. Good Luck....
