The cam sensor is located on the pass side of the motor below the Power Steering pump and to the right it has a 10mm bolt holding it in place and a 3 wire plug I dont think you can see it but you can feel it and takes about 10 mins to change and cost is about $25 new good luck.
The cam shaft sensor is located behind the water pump pulley. One bolt that holds it in place.
The 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass cam sensor is located on the back of the left cylinder head. The cam sensor should be labeled as such.
on a 93 Pontiac Bonneville you would remove the passenger side front tire. there may be a plastic cover that just pulls off. look to your left,back and up a little bit you should see the wires that connect to your cam sensor. theres your cam sensor. 91 Bonneville is probably the same.
It is inside the distributor.
The cam sensor should be located underneathe your distributor cap. That is the placement on my 98 Grand Cherokee and it should be located there as well on yours.

That year did not have a cam sensor.
On a 94 Turbo DSM there is no crank angle sensor. The Cam Angle Sensor(CAS)serves the function of both a crank and cam sensor, and it's located on the passenger side of the valve cover at the end of the intake camshaft, you can't miss it.
