The camshaft position sensor on the Neon 4 cylinder is located at the driver's side of the head in line with the camshafts, just below the valve cover. It's easy enough to replace...simply disconnect the wiring connector, remove the attachment bolts and remove the sensor. Make sure you replace the gasket as well...failed gaskets here are often mistaken for cylinder head oil leaks. Hope this helps!
