The component center is another fuse block like the one in the glove box. I own a 91 and have been looking, searching and reading on where they are for months and still have no idea. I'm going to guess under the glove box behind the black plastic guard by the passengers feet. It's the only spot i haven't searched. I found it on the 1991, not sure of the 92 but you open the passenger door, unscrew the kick panel strip, and peel back the floor cloth from the side, then unscrew the black plastic panel above where your feet go, you should see the fuses. * It could also be under the hood on the passenger side between the coolant reservoir and the fender.
