On the rear of the engine (Side closest to firewall) about midway up and center of engine. You can follow the 2 wire lead that plugs into it. Have both a small 8mm wrench and ratchet handy as there is very little room to work. once the retaining bolt is removed the sensor should slide right out. When installing the new unit, be sure to put some clean oil on it's o ring, then just slide it in the hole.
