I think it would be the same as a 1993, in which case it is located on the left hand side of the trunk, by the hinge.

To instal a neutral switch on the 1991 Topaz, kindly make reference to your users manual.

I believe that it is in the trunk left side behind the cardboard panel. Should be a sticker there indicating this.

Unplug connector use jumper wire from one side of connector to the other, that should do it.
