Where is the flasher module located in a 1997 Buick Park Avenue?

On my 97 riviera it is up under the dash near the steering column on right side.
1st check to see if both left and right signals are out if so CHECK FUSE " IF right works left doesn't do this You will have to remove the lower dash panel to get up to it. Listen To ME, 2000 Buick park ave, take lower cover off under steering column now get on your back with a flashlight looking up on the passenger side of steering column you see plastic cover which 2 or 3 plugs wires....take a pair of dykes and flat screwdriver and pull over down just work it it will release now take dykes and cut the mother on each side the have relays exposed. Cover is Trash...take the vent tube and it will release from the rear pull it to passenger side then pull it to front of vehicle will release out of seat....no big deal....pull down on the large square relay but don't unplug anything now looking up you will see your little pain in the butt...it's a rectangular little relay with 9 wires...take and turn your ignition on turn on the hazards you will hear and then put hand on feel the relay vibrate...GM which stand for GREAT MISTAKE has very short pigtail so you will have to pull it out of holder then look on 1 side see locking tab from wire plug press this in toward relay with screwdriver and other hand if you can get to it..just get it unplugged ...now this is wonderful a 4 dollar flasher relay is now a 100 + dollar circuit board with 2 relays mounted onto...one is left the other is right and appears the flasher works across both...that is why one signal works the other does not or both are inop but the flasher works fine....plug in new 100 dollar Flasher GM Mistake and POW good for another 10 years...stuff everything back up it will not rattle just stuff it like a pillow now there is grease so your hand will get dirty from steering column but oh well...then after clean hands replace lower cover....hey make sure you reinsert the vent hose 1st then cover POW done....well don't no big deal.
