passenger side rear panel there is a removable plate the jack and tire changing tools should be located inside there if not they have been removed

My 1998 ford explore eddie bauer the code is on the computer module in the rear jack compartment if yours is the same you will need a flashlight to see it.

it is on the rear rigth side there is a panel remove the panel and bingo......you'll see a jack if, it came with it.

The tire jack is supposed to be under the spare tire , in the well in the trunk area
It should be in the same compartment as the jack - behind the seat. Agreed. I have a '97 Ford Ranger. The jack and jack handle are in a compartment behind the passenger seat.
The installers never put them in the same place & do not tell their owner's for security reasons.
For your information... All vehicles bring floor jacks... On the Ford Expedition the jack is located on the right size rear side panel near the rear hatch door. The jack lifting handle is located on the top of the rediator cover.
