I believe all the relay's are located behind the fuse box in the engine compartment (back left section of engine area). You have to unscrew 4 screws and carefully pull of the whole fuse box to reveal the relays underneath.
Hope this helps!
B:The Fuel Injector Relay, however, also called MAIN relay, is located above the radiator, under the plastic (gray) cover. You'll have to lift that cover up and pull the relay out by sliding it off. It's color gray and part # is W0133-1627788 (Kaehler)That is the Fuel Injector relay and not the Fuel Pump relay. it's located in the fuse box (engine compatment)you will have to remove a cover once it's opened it's the relay # 103(it's a green relay).
Fuel Injection Relay is relay E on the fuse block behind the ash tray Radio Supression Relay (What a name for a fuel pump relay) on top of the right fender by the coolant tank.

in the turbo model it is in a relay box on the left hand side of the front passenger seat area, you need to take off a kickpanel to get at it (below and to the right of the radio. mine is a green relay I got from ftp groton. I can't find the flasher relay though, any answers?
Yes, but your Volvo will have very little power without the turbo.
