against he firewall on the driver side of the vehicle. you will see a plastic cover there with one nut holding it on remover the nut you will see three black relay switches the center on controls the fan as well as the one on the firewall next to the battery. the other two control you fuel pump and fuel monitoring system
it could be your fuel pump relay. it should be located under the hood in a box marked fuses or relays.
