Hi,
The fuse for the brake lights is located in the fuse panel that is mounted on the passenger side of the dash. You can see the panel if you open the passenger side door.
The fuse you are looking for is fuse number 30 and it should have power at both sides of the fuse at all times, if the fuse is good. I believe it is a 15 amp fuse.

Bad switch.
No brake lights but turn signals work? Turn signal switch brakes route through it.
Try turning on the button on the left of the ceiling console. Had the same prob myself.
Try your fuses
Same problem - bulbs are good but the driver side brake light will not operate. Also the horn stopped working at the same time.
#1 blown fuse #2 brake pedal switch #3 light bulbs and/or sockets
The center high mount led brake light unit has been known to go bad.
