Where is the heater core in a 1991 Caravan and how do you install a new one?

Located under the dash, along with Air con system. Most of the dash has to be removed, about 5 hour job. messy and $$ !! Would need to disconnect the Air con system, and remove the whole HVAC unit from the van, insert the new heater core and place it all back together ...
