There should be a screw near the end of the throttle cable on the throttle body.
There is no adjustment you should mess with. The ECM maintains the correct idle unless you have problems like vacuum leaks.
Fuel mixture can not be adjusted it is computer controled.You can adjust the idle by removing the cover where throttle cable attaches to the throttle body and turning adjustment screw

The idle adjustment screw of the idle control valve is what needs adjusting. Either opening or closing the valve moves the throttle plate and adjusts the idle.
