this has been answered in 2000 kia sportage.
with the maf sensor
it is in the intake manifold by the throttle body and the map sensor. it is a two wire sensor
It is the intake air temperature sensor , and it,s located in the air intake boot.
From 2001 to 2005 6.8L V10 Air Tempeture sensor is on the side of the air intake. I have a 2000 ford v10 I need to know where my air temperature sensor is?
Intake Air Temperature Sensor. Located in the plastic air intake tube beside the battery.
There are two, the ambient air temp sensor on the cold air intake just before the filter. And the Intake temp sensor on the intake itself (throttle body after the MAF.)
Connected to the air intake.
IAT, Air intake temperature sensor.
Look for a wiring harness and connector, that connects to the air intake tube. That is where your intake air temperature sensor is located
On a 2000 Ford Explorer : YES ( the intake air temperature sensor / air charge temperature sensor should be in the rear side of the big rubber engine air intake tube , located between the engine air filter and the throttle body )
in the air cleaner box assembly
The coolant fan sensor is the same as the sensor that shows the coolant temperature on the dash gauge. It is located on the intake manifold.
Follow the upper radiator hose to the thermostat housing. The coolant temperature sensor for the ECU (2-pin connector) is on the driver's side. The temperature sender for the guage (1-pin connector. is on the opposite side.
It could be your air intake temperature sensor or maybe your mass air flow sensor
if you are standing in front of the hood then the sensor is ontop of the box just to the left of the actual filter.
On my 1998 zx2 it is located on the intake tube after the mass airflow sensor. It points to the front of the car and has two wires coming out of it.
2000 sportage it is right in front of the oil filter toward the front of the engine.
its located on the air filther hose attached to the air filther housing
the sensor is located on the left side of the engine above the header. you need to remove the air intake to see it, let alone get to it. hope it helped
crank sensor should always be near bottom crank pulley
If not mistaken, it is on the right handside of the motor below the the intake manifold.
the knock sensor is under intake, must remove intake and it is under two coolant lines.
The MAP sensor is located on the intake side before the intake manifold.
In the intake manifold, behind the alternator. About one inch to the left of the radiator hose and thermostat.
