The knock sensor is in the V or valley of the engine. Its on the drivers side. Basicly its under the throttle body. To get to it you have to pull the intake off and the fuel injection plate. It seems hard but it really isnt, just time consuming. The car will run without it, but you wont be protected from detonation or bad gas. Dan,
