Where is the relay fuse for the signal light hazard light interior light located 1998 Grand Marquis they all are not working?
The signal light hazard is not working because of an electrical fault. Call an electrician to fix this.

If you turn/hazard lights don't work, or work when they want to, even if its just the turn signals or just the hazard likes that stop working, it gonna be the relay/flasher unit. I am answering my question to help others. The flasher unit was not working. It is located at the driver's left knee. This is to the right of the fuse box next to the blue relay. You have to remove the bottom panel to get to it. There are two Philip screws, you have to pull it down and out of its snaps. I plugged in the new relay and everything is working now.
