Try Following the hose comming out of the passenger side of the radiator. It ends up near the bottom of the engine block. Its behind the screwd on housing.
Follow the upper radiator hose back to the engine, it is connected to the thermostat housing on the engine. The thermostat is located under the thermostat housing.
Drain the radiator. disconnect the top radiator hose from the engine. Remove the water inlet that the hose was hooked to. The thermostat is in the housing. Replace the gasket when replacing the thermostat.
It is under the housing that the upper radiator hose hooks to on the engine.It is under the housing that the upper radiator hose hooks to on the engine.
Follow top radiator hose to the engine to locate the thermostat housing. The thermostat will be inside the housing.
It should be on the drivers side of the engine. Follow the lower radiator hose to the engine, that is where the thermostat housing is at. That is how it is on the 2000 300M.
If you will follow the upper rad. hose down to the engine, You will see were it hooks to a housing on the engine . it will be under that housing.
At the engine end of the top radiator hose.
4.7L it is under the housing where the lower radiator hose hooks to the engine. All other engines in 2000, under the housing where the upper radiator hose hooks.
it is inside the thermostat housing, which is where the upper radiator hose connects to the engine. the metal that the hose clamps to is the housing.
There wasn't a 2000 LeBaron. On a Lebaron, the thermostat is under the housing where the upper radiator hose attaches to the engine.
You did not mention the engine size. Regardless, it is in the thermostat housing on the intake manifold.
The thermostat on a 4.7L is under the housing where the lower radiator hose attaches to the engine. On all other engines, the thermostat is under the housing where the upper radiator hose attaches.
