apparently the newer model falcons do not have one, they have a check plug in the side of the transmission (driver's side, towards the rear of transmission). To check the level, warm up the transmission, remove plug & check level. It should be just below the plug hole.
usually if it has a dipstick you can add the fluid through there if not then theres normally a nut on the side of the tranny that you can remove and add through there
Under the hood, find the automatic transmission fluid pipe. Consult your owner's manual if you do not know where this is. Pull out the dipstick and wipe it clean. Reinsert the dipstick and pull it out to check the fluid level. The fluid should be at the "full" line.
Through the dipstick Through the dipstick
Does not have one ford service only.
the tranny dipstick is at rear of the engine on the drivers side of the car the tranny dipstick is at rear of the engine on the drivers side of the car the tranny dipstick is at rear of the engine on the drivers side of the car
the dipstick is right in front of the firewall, next to the exhaust. fords had dipstick up until the end of the el falcons as far as i can remember. then they went to filler plugs on the drivers side of the transmission. they have a 16mm size head.
Its got a sight glass on side of transmission! There is no dip stick
Ford BA Falcon was created in 2002.
If you're asking if the BA Falcon is a Ford, yes.
Seeing that the AU /BA series transmissions do not have a dipstick, filing is required through the fluid sensor plug on the side of the transmission. These particular transmissions are notorious for leaking, so keep an eye on the instrument dash for warning lights and buzzers, otherwise it can be a very costly experience!!
how much will cost me to change the bushing of ba falcon
You cant! They are a sealed unit. IF its playing up you need to get it serviced if not they are service free
