You have to remove the trans pan to get at it. Once the pan is removed they are easy to replace. I hope this helps you. Mark

Yes the 1997 Toyota Camry has a metal screen filter inside of the transmission pan on the bottom of the transmission, you will have to remove the bottom transmission to get to the filter, because the filter is a metal screen you do not have to replace the filter, you can clean the filter and reuse it

The oil filter is located on the passenger side of the engine I got at mine from the top of the car and found it easiest to replace it from there. It is down middle of the engine.

the fuel filter should be located under car in front of the fuel tank. dont forget jack stands and a small container for some drainage
