Where is the turn signal flasher located on a 2004 Honda Accord?

Relay is located under the dash above the fuse box (driver's side)(just above the hood release)(small black plastic can- 1" x 2'). I am going thru this problem as of now. Of course, finding a replacement is a challenge. Looks like I will have to go to a dealer (none in my area).
