On my 1995 Chevy Lumina van my flasher is located under the glove box on the passengers side under the dash. I had to remove the cover pannel to expose the pannel under there. GOOD LUCK!

I'm having the same problem with my 2000 Chevy Malibu. I took the switch apart, noticing that the plastic piece that rocks back & forth on the middle of the base, that seperates the contacts has melted. I used the end of a q-tip minus the cotton to push the contacts down for the up position. The window went up. I'm going to replace the swith.
Unfortunatly it will not, because the WWV radio station located in Fort Collins, Colorado transmits its time signals within a 2000 mile radius, and after my measurements the distance between Fort Collins and Honolulu is more than 3000 miles. Even the two Japanese stations signal trasmit radius is limited to about 620 miles.
