It is in the back of the transfur case were the driveshaft goes in. If it is a 4x4
If not a 4x4 then it is in the tail shaft housing on the back of the transmission
were the driveshaft goes in.
Assuming you mean the vehicle speed sensor, it'll be located atop the transmission near or on the transmission output. Disconnect the wiring (should be a simple weatherpack terminal), then unbolt the VSS.
It does not have a thermostat sensor. There is no need for one....
knock sensors on a 2005 silverado are located under the intake manifold
It does not have a cable. It is controlled by the speed sensor. The vehicle speed sensor ( VSS ) provides information to the ( PCM ) Power train controll module to indicate vehicle speed. Check VSS.
There is no cable....It is electric.....The speed sensor is on the transmission...Its called the VSS(Vehicle Speed Sensor)...Easy to take out and install...One bolt...Unplug the connector and remove the bolt and the sensor slides out.
Screew it out, and screew the new 1 in.
No
The process to change the pressure sensor is the same for any engine in the 2005 Silverado, but the location may change between engine types. The sensor should be close to the oil filter. Remove the sensor wire, then screw the sensor out. Screw a new sensor in, then reconnect the wire.
It is behind the starter. You will have to remove the starter to even see it.
It is on the intake manifold near the thermostat housing.
Need engine size.
A VSS sensor is the Vehicle speed sensor and it is located on the transmission. It tells the computer how fast you are going and operates the speedometer and the ABS system.
