the washer fluid resevoir is under the front right hand side wing of the car it feeds both front and rear screens the pipes do tend to fall off wich will in turn stop rear washer water also there is a rubber filter in the bottle wich blocks up as well, to get to bottle remove the 2 x 10mm bolts to the bottom of the inner arch(black plastic)pull to one side these and you will be able to get to the water bottle,to remove motor just pull towards center of car then remove rubber filter and clean ,2x elbo joints have nylon pipes check for them above pump this is normaley were they are these are push fit and 9times out of 10 the problem hope this helps
There is no separate washer fluid reservoir for the rear washer. It all works out of the front reservoir.
It is pumped in from the front washer reservoir.
The washer fluid for the liftgate is supplied by the same reservoir as the windshield

The 2003 Saturn rear window washer fluid reservoir is located in the cargo compartment. The reservoir will be behind the drivers side panel, near the back door.
There is only one Windsheild Washer fluid reservoir that serves both the front and back.
The rear window washer system shares the same reservoir with the front window washer system. This shared reservoir is located just behind the right side headlight. There are just two separate pumps mounted in the bottom portion of the same reservoir.
