There is no washer relay.
It should be inside the windshield washer fluid tank
all the washer fluid comes from the same tank
On the H6-3.0, with a flashlight, standing by the fender, look down at the windshield washer reservoir cap then move slowly toward the engine in a 11:30 hr position, it's down there at the end of a rubber hose. To gain access to it, you need to remove said windshield washer reservoir!
Same place as you fill the front washer fluid. There is only one reservoir.
The main fusible link should be in the fuse box in the engine compartment (driver's side) near the windshield washer fluid container. Its a black wire that runs between two terminals.
Windshield washer hose is attached on one end to the windshield washer reservoir pump and the other end to the spray nozzles. It is the same as every other car built in the last 50 years. --Ken
The second pump supplies the rear window. Do you hear a pump running when you turn the switch on for the windshield washer?
On my 2001, it's behind the change drawer on the drivers side on the left. You can probably look in your manual and check the index for 'fuses'. There should be a diagram as to what controls what. There is also a diagram on the back of the drawer. Good luck!
The rear washer pump is on the windshield washer bottle, right beside the front washer pump. Take the bottle out of the car and simply remove the old and put in the new.--Ken
Begin by removing the hose from your windshield washer pump. Remove the windshield washer pump wiring harness. Remove the windshield washer pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new windshield washer pump.
That all depends on where it is leaking. If it is not leaking the hose does not need to be repaired, the problem is elsewhere.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your Chevy Lumina windshield washer pump. Remove the windshield washer pump fluid hose. Remove the windshield washer pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new windshield washer pump.
