The IAT sensor on your car is on the right side of the air intake hose just in front of the throttle body.BTW you can get a performance chip on e-bay for like $15.00 US that will give up to about a 60 horsepower increase.I'm using one on my 3.4 rs and trust me it works. They save you $ on fuel aswell (the chip tells the computer that it needs to lean out the fuel mixture resulting in a better burn, thus more power and better fuel burn and $avings at the pump)Good luck.
The IAT (Intake Air Temperature) Sensor is a Two (2) Wire sensor located close to the intake.
On both the V6 and V8, the sensor is located in the plastic intake tube just infront of the MAF sensor. The intake sensor has a 2 wire connector.
