I heard that Saudi Arabia gives their citizens free college, all the way (even doctor)
I am confident Russia gives their citizens free university, I see most "mail order brides" have at least 2 year degrees, but I'm not sure.

Education is a right. Your parents make you go to school everyday dont they? Well, that is because you must go. The government made the schools so children can learn. Privileges are something that you dont have to do. You should though. A right is something you HAVE to do.
Citizens in China play a role in their society much like citizens in other modern countries such as the United States and England. The citizens of China also share basic rights. However China is still a communist country and some things are different.
