Best if you own a compressor, air tools keeps the clutch from turning. If no compressor, mount it in a vise to keep it from turning and remove each bolt, can be tricky as they are mounted together but turn seperately when activated.

There is no cable, it is hydraulic operated.
You will need to remove the transmission to replace the clutch slave.
It is the only electronic device that is in the distributor. remove the cap and rotor and you will see it.
It is inside of the engine oil pan. You will have to remove the oil pan to get to it.
Unless the fan clutch is bad just remove it with the water pump. Otherwise it is a 36mm fan clutch wrench that most auto parts stores have for rent.
