Right now, the US has enemies in the radical Muslims who have declared a Jihad against the US and continue to carry out missions against the US. Many, have slipped across the borders of Mexico and Canada. North Korea is not a friend of the US. Some of the African nations are not pals with the US, like Somalia. We have problems with Mexican citizens and the government but they are not really considered enemies, more like a thorn in the side.
