Nobody invaded Kuwait in 1900. In 1899, the Emir of Kuwait sought British protection against the Ottomans and s Kuwait became a British protectorate. British soldiers moved into the country, but, since they were doing it with the Kuwaiti Emir's permission, it was not an invasion.

If the question intended to ask about the invasion of Kuwait in 1990, Iraq invaded Kuwait at that time and the international reaction was to create a UN force to liberate Kuwait from Iraqi Occupation.
