There is a problem with this as I see it : Communism is as practical in actual fact, in my own definition, as Democracy. Probably as good an answer as you are going to get is Fidel Castro. And it is to be said it's probably not a very good answer, because no Communist system has ever been fairly elected, with the possible exception of the Allende regime in Chile. The history of Communist government in this world is sady pervaded by Dictatorship. You see most people would say Stalin was a Communist. I would not.
There is no leader of communism its a political ideology. Communist nations have leaders: Cuba is led by Raul Castro and North Korea by Kim Jung Un
