Because the founding fathers came up with a far better form of government than any ever before it , and true communism doesnt actually exist ,it's an ideology,and it's never actually achieved in its true form , there is always someone that becomes corrupt when they are controlling all of the wealth and they become a Dictatorship or totalitarian state.. The U.S. Created a system with different branches of government's to keep each party that is involved from being able to take too much control and become powerful and to prevent tyranny.. ,it's known as "checks and balances"
