The Germans didn't like the Treaty of Versailles because they got screwed over on that deal. WW1 wasn't started by the Germans. Their allies, Austria-Hungary, tried to take over the Bulkan States (Bavaria and surrounding area). Arch Duke Franz Ferdinand was assassinated by Gavrilo Princip just after Russia took the Bulkan States under their wing. Austria-Hungary attacked the Bulkans which caused the Russians to declare war on A-U. Germany declared war on Russia for declaring war on A-U for declaring war on the Bulkans. The Allied forces declared war on Germany. The Treaty of Versailles stated that the war would be ended as long as they paid war reperations (had to pay for damages), Couldn't create an army, had to give up control of the Rhine River, had to take full responsibility for the war and a couple of other things. Ya. They got screwed over.

After WW1 the Germans were forced to sign the Treaty of Versaille. The Rhineland was to be completely demilitarized and untouched by German military. The Germans also lost almost all of its over sea territories. Many Germans felt like this was unfair and this eventually lead to the rise Of Hitler and the Nazi party.

On a base level, the Germans felt that they had never actually lost the First World War. At the end of the war the German Army retuned home to parades and cheering in the streets - A victor's return, not a loser's. The Versailles Treaty imposed what the German people saw as unfair restrictions on them. The very militant nation was restricted to an army of no more than 100,000 men, and great swathes of land were taken from them in what was seen as an unfair deal made by a coward of a leader to save his own skin. This is often known as a 'stab-in-the-back' theory.

In reality, however, the Treaty of Versailles had been all but reversed come 1939 due to Russia allowing Germany to develop weapons and training facilities on their land, and Britain's policy of appeasement.

How does fascism German nationalism and treaty of Versailles relate to each other?

well the treaty of versaille ended world war one. and basically the germans got screwed over by the other big countries such as the US, so germans became pissed off and this lead hitler to take power in germany. Hitler empowered germans through a sense of nationalistic pride, saying that the treaty of versaille was very unfair. He even said stuff like "we will break the chains of versaille", and this ultimately led to world war two

What are 2 reasons US becomes involved with world war 1?

America became involved in WW1 because the central powers were killing our ships that were trading with britiain. We didnt want them killing our citizens anymore. Also.. there was a Zimmerman telegram sent from Germans to Mexico. this stated that the Germans wanted Mexico to ally if America came to war. America didnt like this either because they were fighting the Mexicans. Also.. there was a lot of propaganda from the british..saying that the Germans were being horrible to the British. so the Americans wanted to help the british get out of the Germans grip
