There is no fuse. Headlights work on a circuit breaker.
No you have a bad dimmer swith or the relay is stuck!
Perhaps the part of the headlight bulb has burned out.
They are either the wrong bulbs or one of the filaments is burned out. The bulbs should have two filaments. One is illuminated when the lights are on. The other is brighter when the brakes are used.
If the headlights are halogen, these tend to be sensitive to voltage spikes. Before replacing the headlights, have the electrical system checked for faulty voltage regulation.
There is 3 fused links above the battery. One controls the headlights. They need to have a new link put on.

We had the same problem and we were told by the dealer that it was because the ambient temperature sensor was shorting out?!? Since we had that problem fixed we've also had the problem of our passenger-side headlight working intermittently and this morning both headlights wouldn't work.
