Your body needs SOME fat, or you could really get sick. Your cells need it to function. Although, too much is not good for your body, so NEVER eat too much. ---- Fat contains energy. You need energy to perform daily functions. Without it you won't be able to do much of anything. Too much fat is bad though and will get you to obesity.
