Start with a good tune up. Could be a bum spark plug or spark plug wire.
green of course
slow to start from cold and starts when warm
Same way you do when it's warm. Turn the key. If it's a diesel (would be nice if you said what model and engine) and its starting hard, plug in the block heater for a few minutes before you try to start.
around 30 or 40
Automatic choke stuck open
your truck wont idle correctly when its cold, because its cold...and nothing runs correctly when it's cold. your truck wont idle correctly when its cold, because its cold...and nothing runs correctly when it's cold.
it should start at cold
Check the temp sensor on the thermostat goose neck. Mine got broken and when the truck warmed up it wouldn't start. Let it get cold and it would. about $25 at a parts store.
It means it is very hard to start and keep running in cold weather.

Turn the AC or the Defroster off.
The torque specs for the cylinder head on a b2200 are 59-64 ft lbs (cold).
maybe weak battery or an injector component is defective ( the additional injector that gives extra fuel to start the car )
Because the oil has to warm up to be registered. If it's a pressure guage, it may be that the viscosity of the oil is too high. Try switching to 10W40 or 5W40 weight oil.
There is a cold start valve in the fuel system that could be bad. Or the temp. sending unit could be bad as well. Check your fuel filter first! where is the cold start valve, how does it work.
Tune up, plugs, wires, fuel filter, truck still will not start outside in 15 degree weather
