Thuds under torque, as when the car is put into drive, can be casued by too much engine movement due to damaged, weak or broken engine or transmission mounts.
I have a 94 buick century the speedometer doesn't work n it has a hard time shifting from 1st gear to 2nd gear it makes a funky noise. would like to find out what I can do Sounds to me the speed sensor is at fault.
Most likely a bad starter drive Could be a chipped tooth and ring gear Try rotating the engine with a large socket on the crankshaft (Make sure it is in neutral if std.) If it does not make this noise after turning engine manually probably a chipped tooth
I wonder if it might be the starter motor not fully disengaging and as soon as the flywheel turns, it's kicking it back.
I see it as though wookies make more then one noise but if you want the common wookie call then my answer would be AUGUUUGUUUGUUUGRRRGHHHHH a wooikie roar would be AULRGHHHGR a wookie wimper would be AUGRFF.
The sucking noise is usually a good thing, it means that the drain is working properly, the noise comes from a swirl in the water that goes counter clockwise and pulls the water. That noise is actually air. joe jersey
my gear box is making alot of noise .
Can be worn out synchronizing rings.
horses make neighing sounds
check motor mounts
The torque converter might be going. but first check your fluid level.
U-joint is the first place to look. Second would be worn ring and pinion gear.
No. Emus make a quite distinct "thudding" sound as they run.
Check the mounting of the gear box, because the mounting of the gear box is like shock absorb.
If the mower has an electric starter, the gear on the starter is worn. Replacement is not hard and the part (a plastic gear) is relatively inexpensive.
maybe it is a problem with you 1st gear being warped because when ur stopped u are in 1st gear but park is a different gear
There are a few reasons for this. First the bearing in the gear box may be dry and need grease and the other issue may be the linkage is broken.
Starter and/or starter drive gear failure. This could lead to damaging the ring gear which is costly to repair.
