you either have a bad door switch, any of them could be bad. or you have the lights physically turned on at the switch.
This was supposed to be for your safety and convenience once you entered the vehicle. The lights should turn off when you turn the ignition on. If not, then try adjusting the dimmer switch for the dash lights.
Either the light switch is set to have the interior lights on or one of your doors is not closing properly (or at least the sensor thinks it isn't closed).
There is a dashboard illumination switch that controls the brightness. If it is pushed up fully, the interior lights will stay on. Lower the switch slightly until the interior lights go off. When doors are closed, if the switch is lowered, the lights should go off after about 30 seconds max, maybe less. Hope this Helps, it did on mine.
check that all doors all closed tight and also that the door handles are not sticking in the "up" position. A little wd-40 fixes them. My lites stay on when thehandles are stuck.
No,there is not a way to enter any building. Its not like that the doors are only closed for you but it is just a solid graphic that the building is there.Actually there is nothing inside the building.
I would check the wire harness and conectors to the doors because the poswer locks, windows, and mirrors are all conected through that harness.
The heater box has controlled doors to direct the hot air. When one of the doors is stuck closed, hot air cannot go in that direction. The passenger side vent door must be closed.
are you really asking about the lights going "OFF" when the door opens? The switch is A ground connector, So that is pretty much impossible, As for the second part of the question, There is A switch inside the car that will turn on the interior light while the doors are shut, Check to see that it is not in the on position, It may be with the dash dimmer switch, i am not sure on your car. but, all cars use A grounding system to turn on the interior lights. There is power to the light ALL THE TIME. Hold on! I thought about it, See if the switch in the door area is broken.
It is possible that the switch in one of the doors is stuck in the open possition. It is possible that the switch in one of the doors is stuck in the open possition.
Just remove the bulbs. If the sensor in the door keeps the lights on, you have to find out which door. Check with your Ford dealer.
No.
Remove the wing nuts from inside the trunk. Just pull the housing out after.
