Your transmission synchros might be going out. Also, shift slower and see if that helps. A Jeep isn't a racecar, so shifting slower is easier on the transmission. Changing Transmission Fluid to a different brand might also help your problem.

it is probably that your shift lever bushings have worn out, but check the rubber seals and carpeting, sometimes they put pressure against the shifter making it pop out of gear.

Well....I'm guessing....but my 5th gear just went out in my 94 wrangler 4cyl 5spd. I'm told good chance that one of the plugs inside the tranny....on some plate in there broke off....guess it is pretty common. I plan on dropping my trans this week and am told it should only take 2hrs and about $10.00 bucks to fix.
