Probably because those 2 cylinders are cross wired.Be sure and check your firing order correctly and rewire the plug wires correctly.That is the first suggestion. If that is ok,check your distributor cap for cracks running from one cylinder to another.There will most likely be a white or gray hairline in cap(will have to look close)
What lines are u having probs with?
Check your vacuum lines. Make sure one is not unplugged, loose, or cracked

Most vacuum lines are 1/4 inch, some that go into the bottom of the carburetor are 1/2 inch. Hope this helps
