Not sure what you are asking. Do you mean clean a sensor ? Or so you mean disconnect a sensor ? Anyway, a sensor sends the computer a message. The computer then sends a command based on that message.This command will be fuel delivery rate or ignition timing (or even a stored trouble code).

I don't think "your car works better" now...it just appears that way for awhile.
