That is one of the heater hoses where it connects to the heater core. The heater core is located inside the passenger side firewall. There are two heater hose connections, an inlet and an outlet. Replace the hose with the appropriate size and attach a new clamp to secure it. Before attaching clamp, make sure you clean off any debris or corrosion to ensure a secure and leak free fit. After replacing hose, be sure to refill radiator with the proper mix of antifreeze (usually 50/50) or purchase a pre-mixed solution. After filling, run engine and continuously check coolant level. Never open radiator hot! Re-checking of coolant level and opening the cap several times during a few minutes of engine run time will help bleed air out of the cooling system. Air in the cooling system can cause hot spots in the cylinder heads which can lead to overheating.
heater core leaks
bad hose like a pin hole or bad clamp
If it's leaking from INSIDE the firewall (away from the engine compartment) you probably have a leaking heater control valve or damaged heater core.
You likely need to replace your radiator cap - the rubber seal in the cap is worn.
same thing happened to me. it is the antifreeze return line. rubber hose. access the oil filter spot and connects radiator to water pump i think.
That is the drain from the heater core housing. It will only leak coolant from there if the heater core starts leaking. This is to help prevent coolant from ruining your carpet/interior. You have a bad heater core. Time to replace it. Good luck!
Check your hoses from the power steering reservoir for cracks in them and also check the power steering rack on the firewall to see if the rubber seals on the ends of the rack are leaking, maybe the reservoir itself is leaking, have it checked out.
This is for the condensation from the AC system to drain. What is happening in your case is that the heater core is leaking and radiator fluid is draining out the AC condensation drain.
Usually if it's leaking from the filler cap and the engine is not overheating, then either the cap is not tightened properly, the rubber seal on the cap is damaged/faulty (get a new cap), or the spring in the cap for maintaining proper pressure is faulty (get a new cap).
There is a heater hose that goes in the left rear back side of the intake manifold that hooks to a quick disconnect fitting, It is common for the fitting to leak antifreeze. If it is oil that is leaking, then there is a oil sending unit to the right of the distributor that could be leaking oil. There is a long rubber gasket that seals the back of the intake manifold to keep it from leaking oil also. That's all that could be leaking back there. GOOD LUCK.
your dishwasher may be leaking from the door because the rubber seal may be torn or brittle
either drill a hloe thru firewall or use a screwdriver to make a hole in a rubber grommet that is already in firewall. then push wire thru . u dont need a big screwdriver and the rubber will close back around the wire
