Depend on how much fat are you shaking. If you got your self a handful then it can be a good exercise to juggle all those weight around, thus resulting in buring stomach fat. Just kidding..... but it just might work 0_0. But i doubt this method will actually have result.

Apart from liposuction there's no way to target where to lose fat. Ignore the commercials.If you want to get rid of belly flab you have to lose weight(and with that fat) all over.
it is when you cut an old fat womens arm flab off and rap it in a chicken nugget and roast it in a deep fryer and eat it.........
