Why is the passenger front side low on a 2005 Lincoln Navigator?

because the 2005 navigator is airride equipped. It uses an airbag to fluffen your ride. The front typically drops further than the rear when off. When you turn on the vehicle and shift out of park, the compressor begins to fill the airbags and the ride height is lifted and leveled while driving. Once you park the navigator will lower when the door is closed after exiting. Awesome indeed.

Where is the air ride sensor located on a 2000 Lincoln navigator?

There are two sensors, one on the passenger side of the rear axle and one on the drivers front lower A-arm. They are variable resistance switches with adjustable mounts. If you intend to do any service to these, be sure to turn off the suspension with the switch located in the passenger floor well. If you move these sensors with the suspension active, that is inviting a world of hurt or possible death as the vehicle will move as it attempts to right itself and could knock it off any jacks or stands you have it on. If your ability or experience is not up to this, please leave it alone.

Where are lower control arms on Ford Explorer?

The lower control arms ( two / one on drivers side and one on passenger side , that have the lower ball joints ) are the lower part of the front suspension * at least that is the way it is on my 1995 Ford Explorer , 2003 and newer Ford Explorers might use them on the rear suspension also ( I'm not a mechanic / technician )
