Flasher relay is bad if the lights come on but do not flash. If they lights do not come on at all then the bulbs may be blown or the fuse if blown.
A blown fuse would cause the hazard lights not to work on the 1994 Ford F150. It could also be blown bulbs causing the lights not to work.

There are two reasons. The first is the bulbs in the lamps could be blown or the fuse that run them are blown.

Oh wow, there are big light bulbs for the headlights and medium size bulbs for interior lights and itty bitty lights for the gauges. If you need specific numbers for replacement bulbs check your owners manual. Cheers
Dash lights normally go out when you have a blown fuse. Try changing bulbs. After replacing bulbs if the problem consist change fuse. If neither work then you may have electrical problems.
check your fuses first, if none are blown, check the bulbs if none are blown, then take it to a shop you've got a wiring issue.
