Why won't the front seat belts in my Mazda 323 89 move as they are stuck in the position at the B column?

check the tracks, there may be a pen or some other foregin material lodged in there...maybe a bad track... also everyone should have a manual for their vehicle, and a professional shop manual should be available at the library in the reference section--you can make copies of the necessary information...good luck :)

Check the fuse. Most likely it needs to be replaced as it's both seatbelts and not just one, if it's just one, it might be a mechanical problem to which I dont have the answer.
