The most common cause is a bad coolant temp sensor on the engine block (located near the thermostat housing). It could be the fan relay switch (located on the passenger side firewall, inside the engine bay). Or it could be the fan motor itself is no good.
Pull the turn signal towards you, push it back to turn them off.
how can i change the turn singal on a 1990 Chevy lumina
Sounds like a bad ground somewhere..steve
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1991 Chevy Corsica turn signal. Remove the turn signal retaining bolts. The entire turn signal will come out. Reverse the process to install the new turn signal.
By adding coolant to the overflow reservoir, if it does not turn off when at the proper level the sensor is most likely faulty.

My 91 Beretta had that changed. The mechanic had to remove the steering wheel out to disconnect all the wirings. The actual unit is under the front panel. In the case of my 1991 beretta, everything was hooked up to it, this includes the Cruise Control, high beam, etc.. anything that has to do with the lights. The unit only cost about $80 Canadian, but the labor cost me a arm and and a leg.
You pull back on the turn signal switch. If that doesn't work then you may have a bad dimmer switch.
You need to replace your turn signal flasher. Check with your Chevy dealer for the location when you buy it.(10.00)
You may need to check the path of gas from the tank to the carb. It could be a faulty fuel pump, a clogged fuel filter.
most if a original radiator should be bottom driver side facing the fan be care full most are plastic and can break easy i know if hard to turn try some Pb blaster
Fuel pump should run for about 2 seconds every time you turn the key to the RUN position. That re-pressurizes the fuel line. Normal operation.
