Why would Oil be on out side of plugs causeing them to foul out on a 2.0 kia?

oil on outside of plugs indicates an oil leak, generally leaks from valve cover will cause this if valve cover not leaking check to see that all plugs are seated properly and not allowing oil to blow by from inside
