oil on outside of plugs indicates an oil leak, generally leaks from valve cover will cause this if valve cover not leaking check to see that all plugs are seated properly and not allowing oil to blow by from inside
135 plugs???? What are you referring to? Maybe the #1, #3 and #5 spark plugs? If so they would be on the drivers side of the engine.
