we are having the exact same problem, exact same year model Cadillac we are looking into 2 answrs that seem to occur when searching net for help : oxygen sensor, and this:
have seen problems where the key does not talk to the computer security system correctly. There is a transmitter on your key that has to talk to the antenna in your ignition switch. It can be very, very intermittent. Usually the fix is a new switch with a new antenna which will comes with a new key that has to be programmed into the computers on your vehicle. This can be diagnosed with a scanner. you can bring up the key input going in to the PCM. If the key input is not valid, the fuel injectors will not fire and so no fuel goes into the engine. or
Had that problem last summer.
Was worse on hot days and sometimes couldn't get it to start after the car was warm.
New fuel pump saved the day! ...

With so much electronics, it is extremely hard to find any problem that happens just so often. If it wouyld die and not start, it would be easier to find but if it is running good when the dealer has it it is hard to find. I would check to see if the fuel pump is working. Fuel pump is located on the drivers side rear on the frame near the gas tank behind wheel.
