Well, I'm not sure what you mean by a brushing/flapping sound but if you mean it kind of sounds like the whirring of a washing machine, check your lug nuts! it was happening to me for a while and 3/5 of my lug nuts cracked off in my hand!
your car just drank red bull

Wheel bearing
need to know what causes my car to make a heavy noise when driving. i have changed both front bearings but have discovered the noise still exist. Could it be a problem with the drive axlel?
bad wheel bearings will do that, usually in the front.
Can be a bad wheel bearing, caliber sticking, u-joint problem, or noise from the tire.
The knocking noise could be one of several things. The wheel bearing, a worn steering or suspension part, or road debris could be causing the noise.
It depends on when you hear that noise. If it happens when you are driving on not a good road then you just need to tighten the strut nuts. It helped in my case.
ball joints upper and lower control arm
Check front pads and brake rotors. You might have to change the pads.
It makes a flapping noise when the turkey flies a little bit.
Take it to the dealer as it's still under warranty.
